General Terms & Conditions 

• Pay Rs. 10,000/- as a booking registration amount. 
• After the transfer, notify us with a scanned bank slip and personal details (Aadhar card, Driving License, or Election Commission ID Card). 
• Cheques are not acceptable; kindly use bank transfer or online payment through net banking. 
• Guests unable to visit our offices can deposit the amount in the bank account.
• Bookings are subject to accommodation availability in specified hotels or similar.
• The remaining balance must be settled 30 days before departure.
• Deposit 50% of the tour cost into our account at least 45 days before the departure date.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration amount of Rs. 5,000/- is non-refundable and non adjustable under any circumstances. 
• Date changes allowed if informed 45 days before the ride date, subject to availability. 
• Within 30 days, booking is liable for cancellation with no refund.
• If pillion rider (2 passengers, 1 bike 2 riders) cancels, solo rider package must be taken. 
• Trip cancellation: Inform 45 days prior for a refund after deducting Rs. 10,000/ 
• Within 30 days, 25% refund; under 30 days, 0% refund.
• Change tour date by informing 45 days before departure. 
• No refund for client-side cancellation after registration Cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances or government rules: Attempt to transfer booking; refusal results in no refund.

Notes

• Meals not provided during Volvo journeys. 
• Additional transfers during the tour will incur extra charges. 
• Anything not explicitly mentioned in inclusions and optional activities suggested in the itinerary is not part of the package.
• Images shown for illustration purposes only; actual places, cities, hotels, attractions may vary Costs arising from unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) like natural calamities, political disturbances, flight delays/cancella- tions, etc., are the responsibility of the customers.
• Additional charges apply for passengers wishing to stay back at the destination or in transit. Items carried for distribution are subject to customs discretion. 
• Duties or gratuities, if any, are payable by the guest/corporate 
• Maximum luggage weight allowed is 10 Kgs per participant; excess weight incurs a charge of Rs. 1500 per Kg.
• Any changes in the itinerary or hotel upgrades are charged extra; details provided in advance for final acceptance and payment. 
• Minimum 10 people required to run any batch; Discover The Thrill reserves the right to cancel the group if less than 10 partici- pants. 
• Participants forfeiting the ride during the trip bear the transportation cost of the bike and any damage incurred.
• Only rucksack bags allowed; no suitcases permitted.
• Ongoing disputes may lead to changes without prior notice; clients may be asked to shift to a tempo traveller in such cases.
